TRAINCALL Project Description
TRAINCALL aims to address industry training needs by fostering collaboration among subject experts and professionals. Through a call for proposals, subject experts from various fields will be invited to propose innovative solutions to current industry challenges. These proposals will undergo rigorous evaluation by a board of educational and industry experts, with the best ideas selected for development into state-of-the-art training programs. To ensure the effectiveness of these programs, content experts and trainers will receive support through trainer seminars and personalized coaching sessions. Experienced event managers will ensure high-quality course organization and customer satisfaction. Ongoing assessment of industry needs will allow for the refinement of training courses to meet evolving demands (Funded by the EIT RawMaterials under the Grant Agreement 18183).
MONOLITHOS participation role
As an industry partner, MOONLITHOS will offer insights from their branch and suggest relevant focus topics to ensure the course meets market expectations. MONOLITHOS will provide feedback on their specific needs as an employer for the course content and leverage their regional network and industry insights to optimize processes and course offerings.
